Organic Blends

• French Roast: A blend of our favorite coffees, Ranging from the full bodied African and Indonesian coffees to the sweet flavors from Central and South America. These coffees are roasted to a dark roast to give a full body coffee with low acidity and a wonderfully strong aroma. This roast is perfect for the die hard coffee lover. (Available in decaf)
   
• Espresso Blend: A blend of full bodied coffees from three continents, roasted to a full French Roast then blended with a South American medium roasted coffee to provide a wonderful combination of sweetness and rich flavor with lots of crema. This blend was created primarily for use in espresso machines but can also be used to brew an excellent cup. Please note – coffee ground to a fine grind for use in an espresso machine may be bitter if used to brew coffee. (Available in decaf)
   
• Signature Blend: This balanced blending of South American, African, and Indonesian coffees produces a cup that tastes better than coffee grown in a single geographical region. The blend is rich and full-bodied with excellent flavor and aroma. If it is good enough to have our name on it – it better be good! (Available in decaf)
   
• African Blend: Africa– the birthplace of the Arabica coffee tree produces the finest coffee available anywhere in the world. African Blend combines these qualities to produce a flavor with a distinct wine like acidity. The flavor is difficult to describe as it has a subtle nuttiness with overtones of berry and citrus fruits. Try this one for that special occasion.
   
• Latin Blend: Grown in the higher elevations of central and South America this mild coffee is very aromatic with medium rather than overpowering acidity and a sweet aftertaste. This gentle acidity is great for those who like to drink their coffee unsweetened and is enjoyable any time of day.
                                                           
• Colombian Supremo: This classic South American coffee roasted to a medium roast, has a rich, well balanced, consistent flavor. It has a medium body and acidity with a distinctive aroma. If you are having trouble deciding which one to buy – you won’t go wrong with this one! It has become the daily coffee of choice for many coffee lovers.The renowned South American Coffee has a rich well balanced flavor with a distinctive pleasing aroma.
   
• Colombian Decaf: The renowned South American Coffee has a rich well balanced flavor with a distinctive pleasing aroma. The Swiss Water decaffeination process used is totally chemical free. Colombian Decaf is also the coffee used to flavor all of our decaf flavored coffee. The lightest of our dark roast – a blend of our French Roast and Colombian Supremo coffee. • All Day Blend: The lightest of our dark roast – a blend of our French Roast and Colombian Supremo coffee. For those coffee lovers who prefer both the full body flavors attributed to dark roast coffees and the mild, well balanced flavor of mountain grown Colombian coffee.
